| It is likely an electronic issue. A few things: Until the car is warm, it runs a richer map. (The Coolant Temp Sensor is its indicator, make sure it's clean) The car relies on the O2's until about that RPM range. "Slow" O2's cause bad engine behavior because the ECU is distributing fuel based on bad data. I'm imagining that one or both of the O2's might have a bad heater element. O2 sensors need to be warm to function properly. You can easily test the heater element (search), or use a Consult style interface to watch the O2(s)' activity. My money's on the O2's, as it seems to be fine once they would be warm or above the RPM range where they are factored into fuel control, but if not the CTS and 6 P's will help.
